Food:

Was recommended this place by the hotel we were staying at. Was a lil pricy for what we got. They didn't send enough silverware and the food wasn't good. I wasted my money. No one hardly ate anything. Orange chic gross, white rice so dry soy sause didnt even help it and my fried rice was a glob of grease and thats it. So disappointed

I really liked and enjoyed the food and it was cheap but tasty plus didn't take long. Its a great place to go but the lady at the desk has no personality but not rude or unfriendly what so ever.

This is the most horrible food I've had and the worst customer service. offensive and insulting people. The rice was a ball of dough, mashed, horrible
This is the third time I ask for food in this place and of course the last time.
The woman who checked me by phone is offensive and the last two occasions I ordered food and the delivery volume 1 and 32 minutes late and when you call it because I get so late the delivery, she told me that if I did not like to return the food, and of course that's what I did. But they wanted me to go to the restaurant to deliver food, but did not return my money

the food is the usual chineese food. It is always ready on time however, the women who answers the phone and runs the counter is rude and horrible at customer service. I have switched to KIM WU the food is just as good but much nicer friendlier people.

Ok so i've tried this place about 4 times in 3 years and each time its been absolutely horrible to say the least. Why I kept going back is beyond me... maybe I felt as though after certain time frames the place would get there act together but thats just not the case here. So yesterday was were I draw the line. I have worked in restaurants for the past 7 years and know as well as the next person that you cant keep everyone happy and that things do happen that are beyond our control as humans but when i say this I mean forgetting an order or accidentally spilling a drink on a guest, it happens. BUT ROTTEN FOOD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!!! So I ordered to-go from U & ME chinese restaurant on conroy-windermere and kirkman road in the publix shopping plaza yesterday I ordered a 3 piece sushi special a bento box with beef and brocolli and fried wontons (hefty appetite I know) but they forgot my "free" can of soda the gentlemen that delivered my food even offered to go and get it for me, of course I wouldnt make him do that so they offered me a credit. Great! now when I opened the bag they forgot my california roll thats supposed to come with the bento box. so i called they offered me a credit...... Great... so I start eating and the fried wontons are chewy, the beef and brocolli was slimy and rubbery, and the coupe de gras the sushi which was an eel roll, spicy tuna roll, and the Philadelphia roll were near rotten!!!! to be fair the philly roll wasnt that bad but the eel and spicy tuna were horrible I ate none of the food after taking 1 bite of each and almost throwing up on the spicy tuna roll (I literally gagged) I spent 30$ on this place and I ate none of the food went to work hungry only to call back the next day to speak to a manager and her telling me there was nothing she could do. I would never take the time out to write all of this about a restaurant ive got much better things to do but this place should no longer be opened to the public its a health hazard so if you really want to try this place out good luck but heed my warning!!!! lol and I am a constant sushi eater at least once a week, if that helps persuade you at all..Again DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!
