Perry was a great driver he assisted us with our bags and got us there safely. He was very familiar with what hotel we were going to and told us good spots to check out for the remainder of our stay. You are very lucky to have such a polite caring driver with your company ! Thanks again

The worst cab service ever. Call center is very rude some girl just hung up for the fun of it she is was rude i waited from 540 am till 644 am and still nothing. Was trying to get to tpa

Called early in the morning to get my husband to work and they did get here quicker than stated, but the driver was at the wrong address and proceeded to make my husband walk down the road to the cab to be picked up. How lazy are you, Bruce? Pick the person up at the address given. -.- It's bad enough that it's going to cost him nearly $30 to go 10 miles... but do you have to be THAT LAZY?! I had to call the office THREE TIMES because they hung up on me the first time... THEN I had to wait on hold after calling them back more than once. NOT the greatest, but they have the Monopoly!! Time for the BBB to be notified.

I use this company frequently upon arrival to TPA airport only because I have no choice, as they have the monopoly. Cars are old and nasty, rates are ridiculous, drivers barely speak English and tell you they accept credit cards when you get in the car, but try to get out of it before the end of the trip. Customer service is absolutely non-existent when you call their office. I'm going to research alternatives and I suggest you do too. What a piece of crap and an embarrassment to the TPA area that our visitors' first impression is such a horribly low standard of service,
