How about you fix your hours? Drove from Minneapolis just to stop here and Google said 11AM-11PM...guess again....

Worst service ever. ..been there three times and two out of three. Horrible service. ..Sat there for 30 minutes without so much as a glass of water. ..won't make that mistake again

Quick inaccurate service.... after 1 hour I had 2 pizzas in front of me and my pregnant hungry wife that she couldn't eat. We even had the manager put the order in and it was worse... poor attention to detail and poor manners from the server. Left baffled and hungry and with a whopping 10 dollar gift card as to coax me in to waste another hour of my life... anyone want a gift card????

My wife and I stopped for a light supper. Split a flat bread cheese pizza and two salads. Pizza arrived with no salads and no plates or napkins. had to remind server what salad orders were. Pizza was quite good, but salads when finally arrived were wilted ice berg lettuce and the blandest basalmic vinegrette dressing I've ever had.

Today I went to UNOs for lunch with my two other colleagues. we ordered deep dish 'CHICKEN SPINACI' and we got a deep dish with no chicken in it. I asked out attender 'KATE' if the chicken was shredded as we couldnt find any chicken on the pizza and didnt have menu card to check if does. She assured it was 'CHICKEN SPINACI'. After having a slice, we figured out there was no chicken flavor in so called 'CHICKEN SPINACI'. It was embrassing and funny at the same time as we were trying to dig in to find atleast a single chunck of Chicken :). But, we being generous thought mistakes do happen and we let her know that there was no chicken in our dish and the bill said 'SPINOCOLLI'.

We asked for checks and attender got us our checks. As we put our cards, I wanted to let her know that I was given a wrong dish by mistake. Instead of apologizing, she asked if we want chicken on our pizza. I was surprised and felt it was very rude of her ask that when I was paying my bill.As a customer, I feel it is a courtesy to say Sorry for the mistake when I am paying for the service I dont want to.

Hope UNOs reads this comment and make her learn some manner and teach her to be polite to the Customers if not know more about whats there on the menu.
