Not quite sure what happened to the person with the bad rating - this place is great! The staff is so nice, friendly and they even brought my coffee out to me when I had to check on my dog. The place is clean, the coffee is excellent, the pastries are to die for (especially the ham/cheese croissant ... yummeeee!). I love this place and am so happy it's a block away!

The worst staff on earth. Absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever and even less people skills. Go to Starbucks.
