Urban Hibachi, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

Food:

If I could rate it NO stars for customer service I would. I was told about this place and wanted to try it. I tried calling for 15 mins. with no answer. When the young lady answered, she was extremely rude, I was afraid to order food at that point. My recommendations, hire people who have customer service skills and will help. I can't give a comment on the food since I couldn't even get service.

Food:

it's ok. uncoordinated service, I was done eating my food by the time my husband's came. my sushi was bland. edible but nothing to write home about. too loud for a conversation.

one of those places that doesn't understand how children work - high chairs but no changing tables (what goes in must come out yall)

We only went here because piefection next door was closed. I wouldn't come here again on purpose but it works for just trying to eat. prices are fair.

Food:

I gave it 3 stars only because the taste of the food is good. I use to love eating here because of the fair prices. Now they raised their prices and the food doesn't add up. $5 for a ginger salad which they give you about a cups worth of iceberg chopped lettuce with a little ginger dressing is a joke. The lunch chicken hibachi is almost $9 now when it was $7 just a few months ago. Dramatic price increase and again the amount of food you get doesn't add up. Never eating there again.

Food:

I've visited this place a total of four times. On my fourth visit, we were a party of five. We all ordered a total of 3 items. Soup, sushi, and our main course.

On person received their soup followed buy three more a few minutes later. This applies to everything else we ordered. We all ended up get our food at different times. One of us received their food when when we were all done eating.

We did ask many tines about our food and each time we were told to hold on. When I ask but compensation for the wait. I was told, sorry we don't compensate guest for anything.

Food:

i really liked the atmosphere of the place. our food was good & our server was cool. price & portions were reasonable. overall... pretty good experience. i'll be back
