Food:

Why am I providing 1 star? Because of customer service. Customer service is the key to running a business and this business failed on every level to provide great customer service. If he's the owner, the guy up front who takes the order than he needs a new business or wear a mask at least with a smile. You ask a question and he gives you an attitude like you own half the company and suppose to know what everything is. Based on the other reviews which I've failed to read before visit, this is a EVERYDAY thing for this guy. The meatball sub tasted as if it came out a can. Also, this place is so over priced. I feel like I paid for the bread and their labor. He's rude and impatience to his own co-workers. Major fail! First and last!

Food:

Subs were decent, the bread is very disproportionate. There was too much bread and not enough fixings. What little fixings were there, were pretty good though. The service is why I gave it 2 stars. The dude taking orders seemed angry that I had decided to pick his restaurant to eat lunch at. He was dismissive, short, and apathetic. Not that I'm looking for fake smiles or the red carpet, just don't care to see the attitude. The gyro meat was pretty dry and minimally proportioned.

The owners seems pissed off every time I go there! His attitude seems like " why are you in here ordering from me". I put a lot on customer service and they piss me off every time with their attitudes! I am not going to rate the sandwiches b/c some people may like it, but every sub I get is very lack luster in taste....very bland. Every time I go I wonder why I went!

very outdated, seems like nothing has changed since the 90s, but the sub's are awesome! always fresh, and they use high quality ingredients. the service is good, but not great. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good sub!

This place is University's hidden gem!
Walking distance from campus, centrally located, and easily accessible. Each sub is cooked to order with only the finest ingredients. The menu has endless options to choose from, and though I doubt you won't find something to pick, you can always create your own! I wish there were more locations, but even a commute just to get these sandwiches is well worth it..they'll even have it ready for pick up. Granted its no 5 star, sit down restaurant, it's the perfect place to swing by for a delicious sandwich any time of day ...breakfast, lunch, or dinner! My only complaint is that there aren't more US SUBS locations! Keep up the good work guys!
