The best cannoli in the world. I don't eat them anywhere but Vaccaro's anymore. Also very good pastries, cakes, and cookies at reasonable prices. Definitely a Baltimore treasure.

Only had a Mochaccino ordered through takeout but it was delicious, and the inside of the restaurant looked very nice. Although on the expensive side, for the quality of the food and as an occasional treat I'd highly recommend.

This has been one of my favorite spots in Little Italy for years. The deserts are so consistently great and the variety is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful, my son has often been given a cookie. I have gone many times to the Monday Night Special, all you can eat and drink. If you want to try it all, I recommend this!

The food was great and a fair price. The service was awful, even when the restaurant was not very crowded. We would go back again, I hope the bad service was a fluke.

Best place for Italian pastries I have ever been to. The hot chochollate was amazing and the cappuchino vaccaro were great. Very expensive though.
