Food Court Style place. You carry a tray around stand in line then wait as your food is made to order.

When I asked one of the attendants where the anti-pasta station was the reply "over by salads". After I found it she took the trouble to walk up and point out that " There IS a sign here, see!" As if it was my fault it is difficult to see in a dark corner.

The food quality was pretty good, the chef Josh made my pasta just as I wanted. The chefs use LATEX gloves... Allergies beware!

Heather, one of the attendants saved this from hating it. When she saw I had four of the ridiculously small water glasses, she kindly brought me a normal glass. Great eye contact and her smile won me over.
