Varasano's Pizzeria, Atlanta, Georgia Restaurant Details

They messed up my pizza and instantly gave me a free pizza and drinks, And gave me back my money. Awesome.

Food:

Our pizza and salad were delicious. The restaurant was dirty; hostess took us to a table that was not clean and proceeded to clean while we stood and waited. We sat down, and she spilled water all over my husbands white pants and watch. Crew tried to mop up floor and table while the rest of us sat. We finally asked to be moved to another table; hostess agreed . My chair had food on it, which she tried to clean while holding the half full water glass which she had previously spilled. Then she spilled that on seat and table. Our server appeared dirty. We ordered drinks,for which we had to make a 2nd request. The saga goes on and on. Food good but service leaves much to be desired. The management did not offer to comp nor to apologize for any thing. Don't think I will return until their act is cleaned up, no pun intended.

One of my favorite places in the city! The food is always great! The staff goes above and beyond in customer service! Always on the top of the list when I am choosing a place to meet in the city! :) According to google my review doesn't count but this is one of my favorite places... Definitely a must in the ATL... We had our engagement party here and it was supposed to be outside but the rain caused a kink in that plan - Rosemary arranged tables and servers and took care of us all night! Thanks! Not sure why Google won't post this review ????

WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. A group of friends and I had reservations for brunch last Sunday. Our orders were taken at the same time, however we received our food completely staggered over an HOUR in 4 separate waves. My boyfriend and I received our food NO EARLIER than 45 MINUTES after the others at our table COMPLETELY DONE EATING. Our server acted irritated that we were upset. We were not offered any appetizers to hold us over. In total we waited an hour and a half to get our food. She just continued to say it wasn't her fault because she turned in the order. As a customer, we just expect that you make the experience reasonable and that you genuinely feel bad and will do everything you can to make it better. Bring us appetizers, check on the order...there should NOT be food going to other tables at the restaurant when we waiting that long - Our food should have been a priority. Two meals were comp'ed, however received no acknowledgement from the manager or owner. No sincere apology. We were treated horribly. One of our friends wrote an email to the owner that same weekend and has yet to receive a response. We have waited to post the review in hopes they could explain the poor customer service, however we have received nothing. We will not be back.

I am amazed this is rated well. The place is extremely OVERPRICED - they're banking on their reputation and it will soon catch up with them. Too much money for too little food and service. I hated every minute of it.
