So unimpressed. Will not order from here again and wish I could get my money back. Pizza: "crab" was actually surimi and shrimp was rubbery. Wings: ordered mild, got hot. Mozzarella sticks: clearly frozen and baked. Oreo cheesecake: rubbery, overbaked, and not Oreo-y at all. And all of it was overpriced. Seems like they don't care.

I've ordered from Venice many times before, usually online, with no problems at all. The food is always hot, fresh, and certainly worth the extra bit of money. Ordered from them today, and they brought me entirely the wrong pizza, not even close to what I had ordered. I double-checked, of course, because I had the email confirmation to prove it. I'm never not open to the idea that I may have made a mistake. But I didn't, and it became clear that I did indeed recieve the wrong item. Still, no biggie, I called them to let them know, even offered to give them the wrong pizza back. I just wanted what I had ordered. The guy was polite about it and said they would be right over with the correct pizza, and the call ended. However, I got called BACK a few minutes later, with a man arguing with me that I had ordered the pizza they had brought me. I told him I had the proof on my email, he wasn't having it. It's like he was more concerned with the possibilty of being in the wrong than actually fixing the issue. He began to raise his voice, so I hung up.

Never got my pizza. They ignored my many calls back. I cancelled my payment.

Is this how you treat customers? Who the hell runs this place?

Venice, you've lost my service.
