Tried to order food for delivery. Called once to confirm delivery was available; but 5 mins later they won't even answer the phone.

The nuevo veracruz is the best of the best in town great food and service staff if like mex food definilly try it out.

Although Vera Cruz Restaurant in Burien has been our favorite Mexican restaurant since it opened in 1979, we can only say that the new owners are doing a wonderful job and its even better. The food was just as good or better than the previous owners and the service was superb. We hope the next time we go in there on a Friday night they will be busier. It took them a little while to get their liquor license, so that may have slowed down business for a while. But they are up and running full service now - AND with a beautiful new tile floor. Also - the free light dessert was a real treat!

Would go more often but there's a funky paint/old smoke smell in there. Food was decent..service was great...smell is pretty bad
