Wonderful service that went above and beyond. Great heirloom caprese salad. Recommended.

Food:

A local gem. This is where we bring all of our friends for after-work patio time during the long summer days. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. This is a real family oriented joint. It reminds me of Europe: good food, fun atmosphere, and lot's of laughter.

Food:

Nice change of pace from 14th St options. Quiet and spacious patio that's dog-friendly. Wine by the glass for happy hour included some good Spanish wine that paired well with the tandoori kabobs. Great service, especially with my two dogs. I will definitely be back to try some pasta dishes and the crab and shrimp cocktail that looked great coming from the kitchen.

Food:

We had a very pleasant brunch today at Veranda. They have a lovely patio out front, which permits great people watching. Between the two of us, we ordered the Yiayia's omelette and steak and eggs. Both came with home fries, fruit, and a stack of toast. The entrees were good, but not great. Home fries were a highlight.

Service was on the slow side, but very pleasant and responsive to requests. Overall, a nice experience, but not a place to head for a special occasion.

Side note: we did not partake, but bottomless mimosas are $13.

Ordinary food at a moderate price, service was slow. Nothing wrong, nothing exciting. Not sure I'd go back, the Giant is closer and I have a kitchen: For less money and less time I could whip up something tastier.
