Food:

Hair in my food. Not too big a deal but called for a refund. Obviously I'm not gonna eat a hairy sandwich. The employee proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could because they were closed (@ 3:50 btw ten minute before the store is actually supposed to close) and that the manager would call me tomorrow and take care of it. Well it's past tomorrow and still no call.
To bad too they had some good food.

They have the most amazing food it is difficult to stop eating while there! Don't forget to
try one of their baked goods besides their sandwiches.

More restaurants should take a cue from VSC !

Luv Luv Luv this place!! They make everything fresh and it shows! Oven bake the turkey on the "West coast Wrap" which has a tomatoe basil tortilla & is my fav. I add sprouts and shredded carrots with honey mustard instead of chili verde mayo. SO good! (The Green Monster is the vegi wrap equivalent in the Spinach Tortilla but w/o the Turkey & has more vegi's. Very yummy also.) I always call the order ahead to eat there, esp. if going before 1pm to avoid a wait. Nice covered patio too (about 1/3 is covered) it faces north so when the weather is cooler & sun has dipped south, most is in the shade. Bell & West side of 101 location has a lot more inside tables. Sometimes go there for the easy freeway access. Have tried the salids too, which are Excellent. Couple sandwichs I tried are very good as well. Always get the China mist tea. Occasional splurge on a dream sickle cookie (all are homemade of course). Geeze now talked myself into going there for lunch again today! Very easy to do, LOL).

awesome place. great sandwiches, soups, salads and more, great atmosphere. excellent food these guys are great! very friendly and welcoming. I recommend them to everyone.... and their cookies are yummy too!!!
