So to tell you how good this pizza is. I drove 3 hours just to eat here, since the location in Portland closed. Awesome pizza, awesome service.

My experience tonight was horribly dampened by this argument that I heard at the table next to me between some folks at the table and their server. The music was loud but I could hear the entirety of the dispute.

One of the people at the table next to us had forgotten her ID even though she said she was 24. She had taken a sip out of the alcohol that her buddy had purchased and the server noticed. He approached the table and rudely stated that he saw what she had done and was confiscating the alcohol and said that he would be closing the table out no questions asked...

He then returned to the table and dropped the check off. However, he didn't split the check. They hadn't told him to, but when they requested it, he told them that they had to mark on the check what each person was going to pay instead of figuring it out himself (be it as I have worked in the food service business for many years, hearing this was quite an insult to the customer). He returned to the table and I happened to glance over at the exchange when he threw the pen at the customers who were not causing any problems as they were simply going to close out...

When he took the check, he processed it and returned when a gentleman sitting right behind me at that table who asked why it was necessary for him to cause the commotion that he started. This young man stated nothing except that he was displeased with the service. The server then told him to "get up and please leave" immediately. I was appalled. This boy had done nothing except express his displeasure.

The kid then asked to speak to a manager, but the server told him that he was the manager...bs, if you ask me. There is no way in the world that this young punk would be managing anything based on his behavior. This guy had no class and was acting like some stuck up jerk. He then proceeded to escort the whole party to the door and threw them out.

I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. I, personally, will never be visiting Via Tribunali again. I cannot, in good conscience, spend my money here knowing what I saw occur last night. Shame on the server who was working that table!

Guys, the pizza was not napoletain style, and it was not good. Nice place and relaxed atmosphere.

Great pizza. Great ingredients and great atmosphere. Had the classic mushroom. It was nice and light. This crispy crust, fresh basil, and perfect sauce - not sweet, and not too spicy.

Happy Hour was good but I don't think I would be willing to pay for the larger portions and prices that come with em. The pizza is definitely excellent and the service was super fast.
