It doesn't look the cleanest or the best, but I actually don't hold that against them.

I come here for the most authentic pan fried noodles I have found.

DIRTY.....DIRTY...DIRTY...I ate thinking what the hell is this..inside the wonton was not something I every want to see again, one piece of beef in the soup was ok the next was gross..figured maybe my dogs were eat the leftovers....left hoping I wont get sick at the show that night...Got home and the beef was gone...hope YOU enjoy the beef in my soup.

i went there a couple of times (with a group of people)
the first time it was good, big portion and good price, the next day the waiting hrs were rediciolous and when i asked for more than 3 soja sauces the guy gave me an attitude even tough we spent a lot of money there
never the less we went back bc it is open late night and we weres on a trip to boston
the last time was the worst, we waited even longer, our dishes were getting smaller and smaller and on top of it: i had a shell of a clam in my food (on top of the fact that i am vegan!)
NEVER AGAIN

The food looked great and tasted great until we were done ,we look at the bottom of the plate we got and there was a dead Roach on it!!! never go there again nor do I say anyone else should! when I showed the waiter he hurried up and pick the roach off the plate and threw it on the ground and kicked it underneath the counter. plus they only refunded the plate the roach was on and still made me pay for the egg rolls and drinks.

I live near by and visit Victoria's a couple times a month. Their prices are reasonable and the food is always piping hot! The decor is a bit on the vacant side, so I usually just get it to go, but it's definitely some of the best I've had around Boston!
