Victoriany's Pizza, Orlando, Florida Restaurant Details

After waiting for over an hour for our delivery we received the wrong order. They forgot to bring two drinks that we were charged for. The pizza was thin, soggy and severely undercooked. I called to ask for my drinks and the pizza that I had originally ordered. The man argued with me over the phone and refused any help or compensation. We ended up driving to the restaurant to drop off the "pizza" because it was completely inedible. They were rude and unapologetic. I would recommend that anyone thinking about trying this place seriously reconsider. The restaurant is dirty, the service is appalling and the pizza is more like a tortilla shell with cheese and stale peppers.
On a happier note we found Mama Mia's pizza on the ride home and their food is excellent.

Over all, your best bet is going there and order your pizza and wait for it.Its quicker and get entertained by the surrounding. LOL

I ordered at 6:19 pm, and was told that my pie would be at my house in no more than 45 min. An hour later I called and was told, rather unpleasantly that the driver left 3 min ago. Another half hour goes by, still no pizza. So I call again and and was told the driver was parking outside my house. I checked he wasn't. So 10 min go by and the pizza finally shows up. I'm ok waiting for pizza at a busy time, but more than double the quoted time is ridiculous. The quality of the pizza when it finally showed luke warm was horrible. It was wet cardboard with cheese, sauce, and some crappy pepperoni. Over all the worst pizza experience I have ever had.
