Villa Monte is one of the better pizza places on Staten Island. Its been consistantly good for years. Check out the Square pie, its awesome. The dine in food is pretty good too. Its worth it to stop by for lunch or hang out for dinner.

This place is filthy. I used to work there and seen the nasty stuff in the back. I personally seen multiple mice in the back. In addition the mexicans cook your food with their unwashed hands after bathroom use. You know why the soup taste good? Because its progresso that thy charge you 6.50 for lol. 85% of the food is preprepared and is war, ed up in the microwave. I could keep going but you get the point. But the worst part is the manager who handle some food and all the money has shingelosis (might off misspelled it) and if you dont know what that is look it up. The only good part of the resturaunt is the waitress, phone girls, and drivers. If youngt a stomach ache or sick after eating here its ni coincidence. You have been warned!!!!

They have the dumbest staff known to man! i mean its really unbelievable. its almost as if they go out of their way to either hire people that dumb or they pretend to be this way on purpose. You may have to repeat your adress about 7-12 times and spell it slower than you would to a def mute. 2 out of 3 times something will go wrong with the order, they'll either forget to add something, or you ask to pay with a CC and they come to you with a cash bill. When they forgot things like water, etc, it wasn't as big of a deal as when they forget to bring 2 out of 4 entres. 1 time the excuse i was given was that they didn't have the other ones (3 of the 4 things were exactly the same) and they didn't write down my number correctly to notify me. On my most recent order, i once again get the girl that i always pray to avoid. I ask her regarding soup, she tells me the my options and i order a chicken soup. as for an entre, I ask her if they have any kind of beef, she says no, they i ask if they veal, she says no, lastly i ask about pork, also no. Keep in mind this is an italian restaurant (not just pizza) that has a pretty much a full menu. After i get a full list of "no's", i ask her what they do have, she says, chicken, shrimp, fish, steak and chops.... isn't steak beef? isn't that what i asked for?

As the title says, the food is decent, their chicken adriana is pretty good, but the idiots they employ completely turn me off to them. If you dont mind guessing what it is that you're actually goign to get, then its good. When ordering one entre, theres a good chance you'll get the right order (unless you ask for something VERY specific like "sparking or mineral water". That seems to short circuit the brain of the person on the fone and they go into narcolleptic shock)
