La Villa has a relaxed casual atmosphere. You can relax, have a drink then order dinner without being rushed. Many of the regular customers are from the neighborhood.

The servers bring complimentary corn chips and salsa as soon as you sit. Several times during your visit the server checks-in asking if everything is all right.

The food is inexpensive, tasty and consistent in quality. They have recently added Margaritas by the pitcher or 1/2 pitcher as a drink special.

My wife and I loved the food here when we used to live in DC a few years ago. Haven't been able to find another place that comes close.

This place is really expensive. I'm not talking high-end taqueria...feels more like highway robbery. NW DC badly, badly needs a cheap place for authentic burritos and tacos (read: not Chipotle).
