This Village Inn is always packed, I've honestly never been in when it's been slow, which usually leads to ok service. It's never been terrible, they're really good about getting the order taken and the food out, but after those are done I've felt like I've been forgotten more than once.

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. I have really enjoyed coming here. The new General Manager Tim Watts skipped over my party of 5. 2 adults and 3 children. The wait should have been about 5 minutes. And it took 30 minutes to be seated. We looked at the list a few times and they kept taking everybody else that came before us. I think it was about 10 parties that were seated and they came in after us. My children are young and hungry. They were screaming in the lobby. Very very very poor customer service on the managers part. I don't ask to be seated first cuz of my children. I just ask if they could go in order of who comes in and when.

food was mediocre, Stephanie was our waitress. she was rude and kept reaching over my plate while I tried to eat. didn't deserve a tip. Today, four months later our waitress was Heather. Amazing job. She got a nice tip. The manager was a dick. Went back tonight, the hostess set us at a dirty table, asked the waiter to clean it, he never did. Sept. 23, the asst. Manager is useless. I wont be back

This location has to be the best village inn i have come to, the manager walks around to check on guests and is very friendly. That staff is amazing and makes sure you get everything you need. Such a nice family friendly place to go. I will definitely return (:

I have lived in 7 Hills since 1998. This Village Inn has been the Village Inn I have went to since I was 18 years old. Over the last several years I have specifically dealt with the hostess Jenna. I never eat in the restaurant as I am always on the go and Jenna has been wonderful over the years. Today i call in my order and its a new hostess who answers the phone she take my order and I come in 20 minutes later. My order included hamburger patties however when the order was brought it was sausage. I do not eat pork. The lady was very apologetic and it was not an issue at 1st that the order was incorrect. I am patient although I am in a hurry. The main issue is when the cook came out from the back had an attitude and was upset that she had to remake my order even though my order was correct on the ticket. She was rude to the other staff and basically said I just needed to wait and stormed to the back. I was floored by the fact that the cook would be so rude not just to the other staff but in front of a ton of customers. This completely changed my perspective about this restrauant. I was half tempted just to leave. Frankly I will have to consider if I will come back to this Village Inn. There is another one down the street. Horrible Experience!
