11/07/2015 11:46 pmThis V-I is one of the best in town. It would have a 4+ point average if the yuppies who lost all their millions didn't have to eat there and expect a server to wipe their face after every bite. Sure I've walked into places that didn't serve me well, but I've also walked out; after I've ordered, after tasting the food and not liking it, if the food is not fresh, if the service sucks. This V-I, I have not had to walk out of.......yet. |

09/22/2013 4:37 pmWe live up the street and visit all of the time. Most of the time service is excellent. The price for the food is always excellent. The two times the staff has made us wait too long or got our order wrong, the management stepped in and gave us a discount and free pie and took care of us. This is my favorite village inn in town. It is also new and very clean, which I like. And the food is good, which is the point. A whole restaurant isn't bad because one waitress had one bad day. |

08/01/2013 4:26 pmThe service at the Carefree location is awful. I believe their wait staff needs training on following up with the customer to be sure the food taste ok, and to ensure your drinks are filled. Our waitress came to take the order, delivered the food...and didn't get the order correct. We didn't have any special revision to the menu. She didn't remember to bring the sides or come back to the table to ask how are things or if we needed a drink refill. I sent my pancakes back...over cooked. Wouldn't bother going to this location. |

06/22/2011 12:31 pmService was absolutely terrible. My family & I waited 10 minutes at the door to be seated, 3 staff members passed by and not one of them even acknowledged us. It was about 5:00pm on a weekday and it was not busy at all. |
