The one star is for the food tasting OK..went on a Wednesday(Free slice of pie day)..I thought I ordered a meal with avocados..didn't see or taste ANY avocado..once the waitress gave me my order, I never saw her again..a coke is $2.29 I would have thought I would get at least one refill..did I mention I never saw my waitress again..when I went and paid they said the "free" slice of pie was only if I ate it there and could not take it with me..I don't get a full hour for lunch so I just left..gave a $1 tip..waitress can have my "free" slice of pie for the rest..also didn't get the 10% off I was suppose to get..NEVER GOING BACK..and I work across the parking lot at Best Buy.

They seated me at a dirty table. Then they got upset when I moved to a clean table right next to it. Thanks but I'd rather not have jelly all over my arms. Try cleaning the table before seating a customer.

Food came out cold and the waiter never came back after dropping it off. I had to ask for the check. I won't be coming back. Maybe if I were white I would have gotten better service.

I go there about 2 times a month on a Friday or Saturday night with club members after meetings. The night after dinner wait staff knows our usual selections. Some of their selections have gone downhill. The Avocado Swiss Chicken sandwich used to have lettuce and tomato on it and the chicken patty overfills the bun. Now it is a small brown patty covered with a thin piece of Swiss cheese and a few shriveled mushrooms.

i am pleased to know that Village Inn on Colorado blvd, Has a few great soups when needed, even on a hot day. Broccoli soup A+ Hearty Chicken Noodle A+. When i picked up my soups to go i was afraid they were being skimpy with a togo container in a tall coffee cup with lid. But i was satisfied with the amount once i got back to my office. Thanks for giving me exactly what i was looking for and your warming customer service!
