Village Inn, El Paso, Texas Restaurant Details

I came to have breakfast with my family on 5/15/2016.Just coming in one of the hostess greeted me......awesome! Got my name and how many of us 5, she stated 15 mins.......we waited a lit5bit longer no problem, twice one of the hostess asked if we wanted a booth.....twice we stated we wanted a table more waiting.....still ok, when we got called the hostess was pissed up and she thru our menus on the table stated you got your F#$&* elbow room! We are frequent flyers at VI.......we pay your prices!!!!The last thing we need is hostess like her.........her us Aleeah terrible service!!!!!! We did let the manager know Felix stated that she was the nicest hostess he had but her reception truly sucked!!!! Fuming Village Inn customer!!!!

I went to this Village Inn about one day ago. I enjoyed the food and the service was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!! My friends and I all split the check and payed individually. We ALL payed then left the restaurant and waited outside for our ride. We then noticed that the manager (who was the cashier) kept pointing at us and staring. My friends and I all felt attacked at this point. He then proceeded outside and told us THAT WE HAD NOT PAYED????? We then corrected him and told him of his mistake. Horrible horrible manager. By the way, there was no pumpkin pie): #ihopisbetter

Everything was well we enjoyed our food great waitor, we paid then waited outside for a bit. While waiting we noticed the manager who was at the cashier at the time pointing at us and looking at us. He then came outside and VERBALLY ATTACKED my friends and I accusing us of not paying. I was so disrespected because we literally paid 2 minutes before. Then afterwards he was like "oh yes because I remeber you paying". So why'd you question us the first place?! um. THIS IS WHY I GO TO IHOP. VILLAGE INN IS A BIG NO NO. I REPEAT NO. PETTION TO BUILD MORE IHOPS THANKS. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VILLAHE INN. OH YEAH THEY WERE ALSO OUT OF PUMPKIN PIE. LIKE I DONT THINK THIS POLITICALLY CORRECT.

A good Diner to get some good breakfast and great selection of America's favorite pies. Also, the hostesses are qt.

I went to your Trawood Dr. location with my wife on the 17th of July between 1 and 1:30 pm to eat. We had a wonderful meal with excellent service and after we paid, I sat on the couch up front waiting for my wife to use the restroom, While sitting on the couch I pulled out my phone to make a call and when I did, my leather card holder, containing my DL, Medicare Card, Insurance card, debit card, credit card, and a large amt of cash, fell out of my pocket. My wife came out and we left to go to her doctor appt. I didn't notice it was gone till around 4pm after her appt. We looked and looked and as a last resort I called your place and they told me, Thank God, that they had it. I rushed over to pick it up and asked for the person who found it It was Mellisa Velazquez. If she had not have seen it on that couch, it would have been gone. But she did see it and picked it up and put it away. When I called and they told me it was there I was elated!! I want to say that you should be honored to have Mellissa as an employee. This beautiful young lady has a heart of gold, and her honesty and integrity are second to None. I tried to reward her and she said, "No thank you Sir, It is my job". I just want to say from my Heart, "THANK YOU MELLISA VELAZQUEZ". YOU ARE FIRST CLASS AND VILLAGE INN SHOULD THANK THEIR LUCKY STARS THAT THEY HAVE YOU. You can't imagine the load that lifted when I got that card holder in my hands. Thanks again Village Inn, and God Bless Mellissa and the crew that was on shift. "I'll Be Back"..lol!!!!
