This is one of the two locations we typically get our Sunday "to go" breakfast. It's as if they are competing to see who has the worst service! My husband has waited over 40 minutes to get "to go" food when they incompetently forgot to put in his order. He's brought home food that wasn't right - one day, my skillet didn't even have any eggs on it! Eggs! What is breakfast without eggs? They leave off sauces often, or add things that don't belong or leave out what is listed on their menu. My husband has been a long-time fan of VI, but he's to the point of giving up entirely on them. Corporate needs to get off their butts and find some decent management at these locations!!

Poor service, waited over 10 minutes and never got any service. While others that sat after us, got serviced first. Never received any service so we left and went else where.

It OK sometimes one day you get heated warm food others you get cold it all depends on the watriss you get one day we were there for a hour and a half for food and drinks it was all cold go to IHop instated!
