Food:
08/28/2011 6:34 pmThe terrace is nice but food is way too greasy. Saute vegetables are soaked into oil. Not the best Italian cuisine in town. |
Food:
12/25/2010 12:45 amGood antipasto; very good calamari; great linguine alle vongele and bread with olive oil/balsamic vinegar; best polenta I've had outside of Italy! |
Food:
07/08/2008 10:01 amThe service was terrible. The waiter forgot our food and our take home. We waited too long for everything. The tiramisu had a strange flavor. The calamari was tasteless. The food was mediocre and overpriced. I cannot imagine, with all of the Italian restaurants in this area, how this restaurant survives. Not good at all. I would like to give it no stars. |

05/31/2008 12:28 amI brought my parents to Vincenzos on a Friday evening while they were in town. We ran out of bread and our waiter failed to notice for a long time. The main reason I won't be returning is because one third of the way through my mushroom risotto, I bit down on a rock. Yes, a rock. And when I told our waiter, he shrugged it off and asked if I wanted anything else. No manager came out to talk to us; they pretty much ignored us until it was time to bring the check. It made me think that this happens a lot. I used to come to Vincenzos every couple of months, but now the thought disgusts me. |

07/08/2007 12:26 amThis was our fourth or fifth visit to Zagarella, and it will be our last. The salad was swimming in dressing and the bread was dry; the worst was the pasta, though. My linguine with mussels and clams was tasteless and had a strange sour odor. My husband's pasta dish was equally bland. We had taken guests, and we were so disappointed in both the food and the waiter, who couldn't have cared less about us. Too bad--we used to like the food and atmosphere, but no more. |
