Viva Burrito Co, Denver, Colorado, Mexican Restaurant Details

The wait can be long. The service is inconsistent. The parking lot and drive thru closely resemble a mine field. One bite of the Three Rolled Tacos with Guacamole and none of that will matter. Breakfast burritos are great as well. The letter F "Mexican Omelet" is probably my favorite.

My last Viva Burrito. I have never met staff as incompetent as viva burrito employee Yesenia. Her stupidity could only be matched with her bad attitude. I have been coming to viva burrito for many years. I have always ordered 2 California burritos and received 2 California burritos and 4 hot sauces. 2 sauces per burrito. Not this time, the rude Yesenia barked that it only comes with 1 sauce per item. when I asked for more she asked for my card, but was too stupid to use the card machine. She then asked me if she could charge me more than .25 per sauce. This made no sense. She then held my credit card hostage while i searched for change on the floor of my car. 10 minutes of her giving me a dirty look while i looked. I found 50 cents, she then took the used hot sauces that had been open and touched by my and closed them and put them back with the other sauces. Gross. I was once a long time fan, but will never spend a penny at Viva again, all due to a hot sauce and incompetent Yesenia.

Messed up the simplest of orders, asked for a number 6, should have checked before leaving, it was not even close to correct. And as to what I actually got, the tortillas are rubbery, the seasoning is lacking. Never again, don't waste your time or money. Nasty food, bad service.

I went to the one on 7550 Pecos St. I was very disappointed with the service should of went to Taco Bell down the st. I asked for 3 # 2 Burritos kids meal. When I got my food it was quesadillas instead. Kids drinks had no lids plus they didn't even have ice. The beans are bland and the rice was stale. Happy to say I'm not returning to this one

Whenever I go I order the exact same thing and I always get charged differently. The employee turnover is high and this last time I went they microwaved my food to long so the styrofoam melted into the enchiladas
