Got sick from eating the super fries from here. Been here several times without issues but got food poisoning this time and was suffering all the next day. Probably old/poor quality carne asada or something that was in the super fries. As other reviewers have stated, they are pricey for what you get and slow

On 10/22/15 at close to 6 PM Went through the drive-through. Ordered Super Nachos Chicken and a Machaca Burrito. counter girl, named April, said they were out of chicken. I asked her what the other choices were. She said Carnitas and Carne Asada. I asked her which was the most tender and she said Carnitas. When I got to the window, there were 5 cars waiting behind me. I could see one cook, and April walking around trying to get the orders ready while she was talking on her cell phone and laughing.. I received the order and drove home. When I arrived home, we opened the SUPER Nachos...and WOW were we surprised. Instead of the usual Guacamole, Sour Cream, Pico de Gallo, Cheese and Carnitas...We found a huge GLOP of refried beans, a small handful of greasy chips, with a few Carnitas on top. No SOUR CREAM. NO GUACAMOLE. NO CHEESE, NO PICO de GALLO....and a mess in the container. . When I called and asked to speak to April [if that is her name] She hung on me when I asked to speak to the manager. I called back and spoke to another employee [a man] who was very apologetic. He suggested I speak to management about April. We won't be going back. The burrito was just OK, overcooked and dry.. Viva Burrito has gone downhill and is not worth the money anymore. Management needs to talk to April....and decided what her problem is, She doesn't represent the company in a respectful or intelligent way. TERRIBLE SERVICE and FOOD.

I went on 9/25/15, this was the worst customer service I have ever gotten! EVER! This woman actually said to me "what do you want" the first thing she said after she was done smoking was the Fryer was not working so no fried food. Then they were out of chicken which I wasn't even wanting. Then come to the window and I give her my card and she tells me the card system was down. Don't you think you should tell people that before they order?? So I didn't even try the food which in my past experiences has been sub-par.

Any time I go there, I regret it. Today I got chicken tacos, and inside two tacos they put one small chunk of chicken! It was literally ALL shell. The lady that works the window may be the rudest person I've come across. She hates her job and it shows. Do yourself a favor, and go across the street to taco bell, if you can believe it, it will be a better choice.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced at any drive thru employee didn't even let me finish placing my order over the speaker when I reached the window she acted like it was my fault I had her cancel the order and I drove off how are you going to work In customer service and treat pll like crap
