Viva Burrito, Denver, Colorado, Mexican Restaurant Details

I love Viva burrito, but this location is terrible. The lines takes extra long here. I know they make the food fresh but it gets ridiculous. 35 min for 3 cars?! Last time I drove up there for a burrito they said the cook didn't show up and they couldn't make one.

Save yourself the trouble and go the the Pecos location instead.

Horrible horrible service, cashier is rude and they didn't give me a fork and when I went in to grab one the door was locked and they wouldn't come to the door and open it. I Had To Go Next Door To GET A fork!

So i pull up to the drive thru window and order a number 8. The girl who was working said "what kind?" and i couldn't see on the menu what kind there was. So i asked her what kind there was and she replied in a RUDE VOICE "IT'S ON THE MENU". i told her i honestly could not see and could she please tell me. Again she yelled "its on the menu!" i asked her if she could get a manager and she turned the speakers off on me! I sat there for ten minutes getting no response from her. I even called their phone number while waiting and they didn't even answer, so i pulled up to the window and she continued to ignore me even though she saw me. I was SO MAD. so i went inside and asked her if the drive thru was closed. She said "NOPE!" So i asked what her problem was and she walked away!!! Omg i was so mad. So when she came back to the front i asked her name and she refused. So i video recorded her, i ended up leaving and going to the viva on pecos. And they told me her name is Elisabeth. Well ELISABETH you need to find another job cause you're rude as hell!!!!! I'm calling the owner tomorrow to report her. I posted a pic of her at the register on this page when she REFUSED TO TELL ME HER NAME OR SPEAK TO ME!!! I HAVE A VIDEO OF HER TOO, RUDEST PERSON I'VE EVER DEALT WITH

I ordered a chili relleno burrito from the drive up window and drive off. I am an Uber driver and ended up in Boulder. I took a bite of my burrito and the chili rellino was spoiled tasting and super woody textured. I understand this can happen and I want that upset. I was very disappointed. I called the store to inform them that it was spoiled. They were very rude to me and asked "what am I supposed to do?" They really didn't give a crap and hung up on me. So I'm stuck with a spoiled burrito and no dinner and hung up on. No customer service skills at all. I'm pretty sure I won't be able to eat another chili relleno in my life.

I've been coming here over the last few weeks. The first few times, the food was delicious. Over time, the quality has deteriorated to the point where I felt "crunchy" things inside my burrito when I took a bite, and when spit it out to take a look at it, it was small pieces of egg shells. That's disgusting. I threw away the rest of my burrito and will not be returning.

Cracking an egg is a very basic skill to acquire. If you can't do that, you shouldn't be a cook at a restaurant.
