09/19/2015 12:47 amI never got my food bc someone hired some dumb girl named Ana who on her first day couldn't manage to communicate to even pull forward in the drive thru. I ordered my food - she responds "okay" and then I sat for 15min in silence til I finally gave up and pulled forward, waited another 20min only to be asked "ummmm what did you order ?" At the window. I went inside to complain and ask for a manager and suddenly the woman training Ana (poorly and poorly supervising) starts speaking in Spanish like I won't know what she's saying bc I'm white. Hablo espanol bandejos. I'll be contacting management first thing in the morning. Whoever hired this girl and the girl training her made a huge mistake. Can't fix stupid. |

07/07/2015 4:57 amSaddened by the new people there. A regular at Viva. Not too happy that three days I went they were closed al l three times. Still one of the best places to get burritos at 2a.m. on up. I need them to be more consistent. I think we all do. The burritos are the best in Lakewood. In my opinion better than Burrito Express in Green Mountain. Burrito Express got greedy with their prices and mediocre food. That place is pure hype. I was not satisfied with the burritos. I have tried everything from Gregorio's to El Tapatio. You can never go wrong with the b burrito. |

03/17/2015 10:56 pmhad the worse expince will never return or put an app in cuz me and my husband went tho the drive tho and tried to order couldn't understand him we had to repeat ourselves 6 times of what we whated didn't think he understood us went to drive tho window and waited for 10 mins for someone to come to the window yeah no best advise that could come from me they need to learn English and customer service cuz I give this a no star........ |
