Very good pizza and decent sides.

So incredibly slow that it's not worth ordering from most of the time. Waits of over an hour are not uncommon. It's hard to find my apartment building but they struggle every time and never bother to call to check. A few times I've been told that they rang the bell (they didn't) and that I'd have to wait for them to send the food back out. Their online ordering system is a joke; you can't even do something as simple as update your phone number.
