If you are from NY or Chicago; think twice. The delivery girl was very nice but the pizza crust had a lot to be desired. Tasted like bread with a litte too much yeast in it. Maybe it was just a bad batch.

Great experience from ordering, to delivery, to eating. Solid pizza. Two mediums, breadsticks and salad fed my family of six with leftovers. If you get the breadsticks I recommend getting an extra sauce for dipping.

Great veggie pizza! Fresh vegetables and loved the crust. Didn't want thick crust, they fixed it exactly the way I wanted. Loved it!

My wife and I spent our 17th year anniversary in Gatlinburg in a cabin and it snowed about two inches the Friday night that we arrived. We didn't want to go back out, so we tried Volunteer Pizza.

Almost three hours later and after calling them several times we finally got our pizza and breadsticks. They delivered to the wrong side of town with the same street name. Question, aren't you from HERE? Shouldn't you know where you are going? I gave them the EXACT ADDRESS of our cabin. I had to meet the skittish pizza delivery guy at the bottom of a snow covered hill because he was too afraid to come down the hill to our cabin. They didn't even offer to refund some of our money and refused when I asked for some back because all of our food was cold.

Giving this place two stars is really too much. I know that my family will NEVER eat here again. I would rather go to The Mellow Mushroom in downtown Gatlinburg. At least there the food is good, hot, and worth the money. Worst case scenario, we eat frozen pizza.

Save your money and time. Avoid this place. Their first impression left us with a lasting one and a bad taste in our mouth in more ways than one.

Horrible! The price given over the phone was $12 more than what it said it was online. It took 85 minutes to get our food. Then the cheese bread was so burnt. Not a little burnt, but black! Called to ask for a new one and was given a free dessert to say sorry. Very nice and appreciated the gesture. After 45 minutes waiting on that and it still wasn't there, I called and was told that it should be there any minute. 30 minutes later still no cheese bread or dessert. So we called and asked for a full refund. I would never recommend this place to anyone!
