Mid 20s to 30s. Attractive blondes. Fake boobs. Not a great choice outside that.

The bartender made a mistake in the bill, to fix it he then charged me again, and claimed that the previous charge was cancelled. I saw with my very eyes that he didn't cancel anything but he insisted that he did. Of course the day after I check my credit card charges and I see two charges. This guy has no shame, this is after I told him that he forgot to charge me for one of the drinks. Rip off!

I booked dinner here for my sister-in-law's bachelorette party in July and everything was fabulous. We had a private room that was beautiful, with our own personalized menus for the night. The staff both in making the reservation and once we were there were awesome. One of our waiters, Thomas, was simply the best. He was so fun and accomodating. Lastly, and most importantly, the food was great. There were 15 of us, so the odds that someone wouldn't like something were high, but everyone just raved about their meals from start to finish, and the bride-to-be loved her pistachio cheescake dessert. Highly recommended for special gatherings. The coordinator for private events, Jasmin, was a delight to work with.

We used a gift certificate. Thank goodness because the cost of the food was not worth the price at all....I literally have had better tasting food at Applebees, Outback, etc.

I had a salad that tasted completely bitter, like eating orange peel mixed with water...I know that sounds silly, but they made some dressing and got heavy handed with a cooking wine and it was so awful.

The onion soup was pretty good!

The appetizer of chicken wings was run of the mill. I liked the sweet sauce on the wings, but apart from that they had no flavor..and the weird thing is they combined it with this spicy bitter chipotle dip that did NOT go with the wing sauce at ALL. The dip could have been good on it's own, but with that dish, it made me feel like they were just trying to be creative and it failed.

So the wings and soup were decent but that was pretty much it. My chief complaint? None of the stuff had *flavor*. The pork tenderloin meat tasted like water, the breading had no flavor, either, which is strange because usually anything fried tastes great, right? kind of hard to screw up....the only flavor was from the GIANT WALLOP of cranberry sauce they put on top, which I had to scrape off because there was so much. It didn`t have a complex or chef-y flavor at all, honestly it tasted JUST LIKE the cranberry sauce you get in a can for turkey. It seemed more like they were just trying to be all culinary and really failed miserably. What`s worse, the butternut rice pasta stuff sounded SO DELICIOUS in the description, but the execution was awwwwful.

It was really bland, like water again, except for this horrible overwhelming charcoal burnt taste and then I looked and there were burnt scrapings from the botton of the cooking pot which clearly were the source of the flavor. I asked for something else, anything else, very sweetly and they gave me a complimentary order of mashed potatoes which were EXCELLENT. Funny thing though, the waitress told us the guy who made the mashed potatoes isn`t even a cook, he`s like a helper but sometimes he jumps in and cooks something. Hire that guy as a chef! that was the one great thing I ate!

Overall, if I ate this quality food at a place like TGI Fridays, i would have sent it back. It`s even worse that it`s at a nice place where you pay 4 times as much for it and it`s still awful.

The one great thing about this place is the atmosphere; use Vox as a place to get an appetizer and some expensive drinks in a posh atmosphere. but DON`T use it for a meal.
