W G Grinders, Columbus, Ohio, Delicatessen Restaurant Details

This place is absolutely spectacular! My coworkers and I come for lunch here once or twice a month. The employees are nice, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is overall really friendly. Headed out the door to go now.

This is not an original Grinders. It looks bought out by Non-Americans. I have been going to Grinders since 2006, and have never experienced a Grinders like this one. The Cheddar Mac was awful, and had a strong metal taste, and the meat made on the Italian sub tasted spoiled. I threw my whole lunch away. I will never return to this WG Grinders again ever. You guys are imposters, and not a real WG Grinder restaurant. You should be shut down! The 5 star reviews are clearly fake, and being completed by the owner, or owner's family and friends. Disgusting!

Amazing food, the best sandwich I've ever had! Friendly staff, and the restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming. Best place to stop and grab a bite!

I went to this Grinders for lunch today, and lost my appetite before my food was even prepared. The air conditioning was clearly not working, and the workers were sweat covered. I figured that this can happen anywhere, and decided to order and just eat outside. I ordered my food, and had to explain to the worker taking my order how combo can come, as he was seemingly confused when I ordered a combo with a green side salad and drink, and he advised me that combos come with chips. While my food was being prepared, I used the restroom. This is where things got disgusting. The dirty bathroom alone was an appetite suppressant, but the Texas-sized cockroach that was smashed on the floor made me question the sanitation in the entire store. I threw my food away, and there is no question about whether I will return or not. Roaches=disease=disgusting=no thank you very much. Ick. Eww. Nasty.

The owner needs to manage the restaurant. It's gone down hill in the past years. Sham on you. Get your stuff together. Wrong orders, missing ingredients, etc... thinking about going a bit farther for another Grinders.
