I'll stop in every once in a few months to grab a spicy chicken on whole grain - which is actually very tasty when done right. 7 out of 10 times the sub is delicious without any funky chicken bits. Pretty pricey in my opinion - nearly $9 for a ten inch with chicken, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, green peppers, and a spicy mayo. This location has been here for years and has seemed to lose patrons as time goes on. I'll second the employee morale mentions as they never seem too excited to serve me, but that doesn't really mess my day up. This location just seems like one of those establishments who keeps managing to hang on - never notice any great attempts at marketing or menu variation, but that could be all a corporate thing. So... overall - usually tasty, but expensive and a very simple atmosphere with no frills.

I will never eat at this location again!! Food was terrible and the service was horrible. Save your self time and money go anywhere else.

Went today for lunch, they took 20 minutes to screw up my pizza sub which was supposed to have onions but didn't. So not only did they screw up my order, charged me for the additional topping but then I got sick from it about an hour later, probably from the cheddar Mac. Gave it one star because I couldn't rate it lower, don't go here!

The review about refusing service to a police officer is completely false. They just have a sign that says restrooms are for customers only. This lady just asked a question and then proceeded to go OFF!! A police officer was never in fact refused anything. I love this Grinders they are always friendly and the food is always great. Too bad this lady is trying to damage their business over something that never happened.

I asked for a simple order, a white pizza grinder with steak. The guy ringing me up said... I have no way of doing that. I explained that is what i had always gotten at another store. He didn't even try to figure it out, he just stared at me deadpan and said "Well I have no way of doing that". I didn't argue with him, I simply ordered something different. I wonder what he would have done if I would have asked for a steak grinder with extra steak? What have simply charged me for the extra steak, the same as he could have for a white pizza grinder with steak? Or would ha have said... "I have no way of doing that"?
