I've eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience. They do get very busy around lunchtime so you may have to wait a bit to get your order, but it's understandable considering they are downtown.

Hard to find. Go inside, past the vault, through the double doors. Take a sharp right, 180 degrees. Go down the service elevator to the lower level. It is down the hall on the left.

I had never eaten at a WG before and (literally) found this in the basement of an office building I happened to walk by. First off, the ordering process was very confusing, after the order, it took about 5 minutes to get my to-go order.

When I got back to my office, I discovered the sandwich was wrong (I ordered a turkey reuben and got turkey and swiss plain on bread). Still, the sandwich tasted ok, but I'd rather have an experience such as subway where it is made in front of you so you can catch errors.
