man this place is tough to rate. i want to love it, but i HATE it. (quote idea from tony horton) boy do they cook a low quality cheese steak! i was sitting with a table for 4 and each person had at least 1 complaint about what they got. classic turkey had charred turkey, a no-mayo sub request looked like it was slathered, even marinated in pure mayo. the "club" had some type of quote "disgusting" mustard blend, and looked like it had been sitting around for a while, about as limp as a you know what;) on to the cheesesteak, the make or break for any place that serves hot subs. wow did this baby look loaded with cheese! the beef tasted like it was broiled in msg laden boilon broth for hours, and was all shredded up. the onions weren't grilled, just kinda limp, and the bread was burnt. not to hate, but looks like i won't be going back. i'd rather go to the clintonville subway where they fold the subs the wrong way along the spine. POOR!
