Waffle House, Montgomery, Alabama Restaurant Details

Service was incredibly bad. Cooks don't wear gloves and it's been a good thirty minutes since we've sat down and we haven't gotten our food yet! Everyone seems to be waiting. They choose takeout orders as priority. Not even the people who have been sitting for half an hour.

This is the worst WH ever ! the waitresses play around the counter and the meat tastes burnt.

This place is a trashy hangout for locals. The Employee, are rude,unclean,and vulgar at times.I have stopped going there. It was the place to go at one time, but MANAGEMENT HAS FAILED.

i won't go back to this WH. service was beyond crappy. walk in two waitresses and one cook behind counter. cook acknowledge us. we sit down, no response. finally a waitress comes and stand over us, not even a hello. ask what do we want. we order our drinks and ask her to come back. she comes back, once again saying nothing. place our orders and that was the last we saw of her. the other waitress brought our food and cleaned the tables. she took our payment and got us what we needed. this w should shut its doors.

Bad Experience!!! I went into the waffle house today on Zelda Road, as I sat down the workers were looking but no one acknowledged that we were sitting there. After about 15 or so min or so, the cook yelled to the back and said aye tell so & so she got a table. So maybe 5-6 min later, she came out, did not greet us & looked as If it was a problem to take our order. She said what can I get u, I said idk because I don't have a menu, after she gave me the menu, she sighed (like uhhhhhh). However, It didn't take that long before she was back to the table with our food but she just put a plate here, a plate there and didn't say anything, didn't ask if I need anything else or not, & just went back to the back. It was a couple other waitresses talking about last night & using profanity as if I wasn't sitting there. One of the guys passed my table and went to the back eating a toasted sandwich.After I was about done eating she walked past and got some of the stuff off the table, by that time I was giving my son some of my hash browns when I noticed a piece of hair in it. I then spit out what I had eaten and was nauseated by that time & mentioned to her that it was some hair in my food, she said huh??, I repeated it & she said umm & kept on doing what she was doing and went on to another order. Needless to say I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT WAFFLE AGAIN.... I WAS SOOOO DISGUSTED... I just got up, went ahead and paid for the food and left..I'm still sick now & vomited before I made it home......
