Waffle House, Phoenix, Arizona, Coffee Restaurant Details

Thanks to Erica I was able to get my order...it was busy and the employees seemed irritated... but she keep a smile and was pleasant. Not sure if I would go back the cook was throwing an attitude the whole time I waited for my order...hope he didn't spit in it!!!

Food:

The service was bad. It took them over 10 mins to get my order. A few minutes after I got there a another guy showed up and waited and never got asked anything so he just got up and left. I got my food and asked for utensils since it was to go because I was staying at the Hilton next store and of course they didn't have any. I get to my hotel and I start going through my food of course they forgot the sausage. I didn't feel like walking back. WORST WAFFLE HOUSE I HAVE BEEN IN MY LIFE!!!

food was good. staff was warm and friendly. like going to aunt maisy's. the whole place shows some wear but the staff really makes up for it in heart!

was cleaner and spacious, but the entire time they were playing loud music without regard to the customers, or the fact that the only waitress (out of 3) that was working had to practically yell when taking orders or talking to the cook

This is the worst place I have ever dined in let me tell you my story. I went with my daughter on Saturday because I printed out to get a free waffle since I have never been to the famous "Waffle House" I thought it would be nice to take my daughter there. The service was mediocre at best the staff was ridiculous answering their personal cell phone while working one of the employees complainig about another employee to me, and on top of that fruit flies around the table my daughter and I were sitting. The ceiling leaking water my 6 year old daughter even stated that it was raining inside. Everything dirty my cup was dirty I ordered a lemonade it had white foam on the top what lemonade has white foam!. My total bill came out to $18.98 for a BLT, three strips of bacon, a lemonade, and a small scambled egg my daughter ordered. I thought the prices were outrages you would think with the name Waffle House they would at least be famous for that right? wrong the server came out with this flat unflavorful pancake never in my life will I ever come here again and DO NOT RECOMMEND!
