The friendliness level varies, they are not the most responsive, but worst of all, they just boosted their prices across the board, (this morning my burrito which they had raised from $2.28 to $3.08 is now $3.58) and I noticed they are not terribly careful about cleanliness on their food line, i.e, they will put bottom of big steel and plastic tubs on top of the sandwich food ingredients, and keep making new sandwiches on the same platters without cleaning them off from one customer to the next.

Oh and whatever you do, don't request a wrap with just the ingredients you want - these people are on auto-pilot with attitude, lord forbid you don't want cheese, egg or something else they want to make you eat...

UPDATE: Just as another note on the above incompetence with making burritos to order, I had such consistent bad luck with these folks that I tried an experiment today. I clearly printed exactly what I wanted - in Spanish and English, exactly what TO add and what NOT TO add to the wrap and they STILL wanted to add stuff after e x p l i c i t l y in writing and verbally being told not to.

This goes beyond bad service. When people in food retail, be whatever nationality (shouldn't matter, again she had instructions in Spanish, no excuse) CANNOT or WILL NOT listen to or read and cooperate what people want on THEIR food THEY are paying for, no matter whether it is because they are TRAINED into their pre-packaged value meal mentality, (I think this was the case, she did at least seem receptive) they shouldn't be working there, or the "management" shouldn't be in business. Period.

I'm tempted next time to take a hidden camera and youtube it for laughs next time. OMG you should have seen the look of sheer panic in her face having to make an order off a piece of paper instead of ignoring people verbally like she normally does.

Needless to say, the manager came over and turned red, made the thing correctly, apologized and handed the paper back to me.

Un fricking believable.
