Walmart, Las Vegas, Nevada Restaurant Details

Food:

I'm new to Vegas. I went in recently and will try to stay away from this location. It smells horrible when you walk in. The area doesn't look good either. As for the store, it's a Walmart, what can you expect? I just got what I needed and left as soon as possible.

Very unprofessional, Sherlyn at the returns department has no customer service skills, the greeter (Dorothy) at the door very rude not pleasant at all and Estie the pbx operator could care less if I had a dispute and wanted to reach management.

I bought an ink for my new printer and the ink was dried. The manager told me I can't return it because it was opened. How do I know the ink wasn't working if I didn't open it. The manager told me, it wasn't his department so nothing he can do. Customer service said I should return it to the manufacturer. Wow! talk about bad service! Workers there are pretty bad and very rude.

Rude. I called to ask a question in customer service and the lady who answered the phone to transfer responded back to me with "mmhm." Then the phone rang and rang and rang, nobody answered. I had to call back and the same lady answered the phone and was rude again.

I just called this location to ask if they can look up an item for me on a mountain bike I want to get. A spanish lady picked up the phone she asked me what department I said bikes. She said a lot of people went to lunch but ill transfer you. I get transfer it rings and rings. I hang up call back same lady picks up and I tell her a lot of people work there is there anyone that can help me look up an item for me? she said hang on I'll get someone for you. I wait on the phone for 5 mins..nothing! SO i can hang up call back its busy tone. I call back with a differrent phone # and it rings a different lady picks up she sounded american I asked her if someone can look up an item for me if I give her the item # she was very nice and transered me to someone that has a register to look up the item for me. I get transfer it rang n rang finally after 2 mins of ringing no one responded. Its not that hard to look up and item especially having the item # and if someone went to lunch you would think they have another person to cover. The people here are obviously lazy and do not care about customer service.
I just called other 2 walmart locations that are close by and the first person that picked up both location helped me and looked up the item right away! It just goes to show the people at this location is lazy and don't care
