From the "famous lobster bisque" onward, this "classy" bistro in Colorado Springs invites "indulging" in "always great" American cuisine; the "tasteful" backdrop works for a round of "perfect martinis" too, and fans also "feel at home" thanks to the "gentlemanly" eponymous owner, who's often there overseeing his "knowledgeable" staff.
