06/06/2015 3:00 pmThe new management staff at the Osuna NE location needs a lot of work. The new manager, Patricia Gutierrez isn't ready to be a manager. She ignores the customers and doesn't bother to learn the regulars names. My order was so messed up this morning that I'll be going to another location in the future. |

05/29/2015 4:32 pmToday is 5/29/14, and I hate to write this as Weck's is known for good service, but for 2 weeks our office has experienced nothing but trouble with the Wecks on San Mateo. The service has been poor, they don't answer their phones, they have phone problems that they have not fixed, and the orders have been messed up. I did complain to the manager today. |

09/01/2014 4:53 pmCame into Weck's after spending a night in ABQ. The hostess and waiter (Josh) were friendly. The decor was nice (not my favorite, but looked good), and the dining area was very clean. It was a little busy, but everyone was quick, and it didn't take long to get our order in, and our food out to us. My wife had the French Toast with Bacon. This was delicious! I loved the amount of cinnamon! I was thankful for the bacon because I had the Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas. The beans and hashbrowns were great! The green chile was also mouthwatering (the perfect amount of spice), but my disappointment came with the chicken itself. It was completely bland! I hope it was just a lazy day and not a standard of trying to cover up bland meat by smothering with green chile. Also, the "manager" (I could only presume because the word "manager" was sown on his shirt) came by and asked how breakfast was. There was no introduction, and he never smiled as he walked around the dining area. Overall, it was an ok experience, and the food was overall very good. |

08/05/2011 3:17 amAmazing customer service is what makes Weck's the place to eat a great breakfast. The staff was attentive and friendly. They also have a policy, which reads: "If for any reason after taking the first bite of your meal and are not 100% satisfied we will replace it with something else or remove it from your bill." Now that's service. |
