Have never waited this long for fast food in my life! I was starving after work and I sat at the ordering place in the drive through for TWENTY MINUTES. What the hell is wrong with these people? Then when I proceed to the window the cashier is dancing and fooling around with the other employees that SHOULD be making my food (I say make even though we all know they stick it in a microwave and call it a day) it really sucks that this is the only wendys in my area because now I will be going wendyless forever

Have to agree with the others. Stopped by drive thru at 10:30 p.m and ordered a plain REGULAR cheeseburger the lady kept asking if i wanted a jr cheeseburger, i finally asked after the 4th time the jr the only plain cheeseburger offered when she said they have a regular burger. Really! Thats what i asked for! I also asked for a Daves hot and juicy burger with NO SAUCE, however all the young lady understood was no salt i even spelled s a u c e still all she heard was salt after responding with "huh" huh i thought is that what you were trained to say? Then the other lady with the headset tells me "sir we have already made your food". I just had to drive away and go to McDonald's. Advice to GM teach your staff how to conduct themselves as professionals. And the one star i gave is one to many.

Time and time again I have tried to get food from this Wendy's and they have their machines turned off even though there is an hour before close.

The staff always has a terrible attitude.

To make things worse my friend found a bandaid in the food.

To be honest this is a horrible place.

Employees were rude and unable to deliver the correct order, will never return.
