Wendy's, Boise, Idaho Restaurant Details

Food:

I decided to go to Wendys for my lunch break and get myself a spicy chicken sandwich meal; size small, as well as a jr cheeseburger and I must say...it was delicious! Ever since I ate it, my face and my appetite have been nothing but smiles! Thanks for the great food and great service. 10/10

First Wendy's I ate at. It is a pretty good Wendy's that made me realize just how good Wendy's actually is

Ordered a side salad today. Customer service is always great here. The salad was only 1.89 and it was great! I was expecting a tiny salad with just lettuce, and got a decent size with tomato, cucumber, and bell pepper. The only problem I had (or have ever had) is the container wasn't closed all the way and there was mustard on part of it. Considering that's the only problem I've ever had with them, I'd say they're my favorite Wendy's in the area! Plus their drive through is beautiful. (:

After lunch, I went to redeem a couple of Trick or Treat Jr. Frosty Coupons and asked if I could pay extra to have some Oreo sprinkled on top, kind of like the Parfee. One of the employees politely stated that the coupons were out of date. Another employee who I later found out was the General Manager (CJ is his name I think) overheard and said that he would take care of me. He not only accepted the coupons, he added some Oreo sprinkles for free.

What might have become a negative feeling from an otherwise great lunch experience was turned into a very positive one. Connecting with me the customer was fulfilled at the highest level and I will remember the great way I was treated that day every time I visit.

Please let him know that his care to connect and ensure satisfaction was deeply appreciated.
