Wendy's, Bronx, New York, Hamburgers Restaurant Details

My last visit was a vast improvement. The cashier was a charm. But the drive-thru lady during the summer is a scam artist! My father and I ordered two LARGE drinks from the drive-thru. It showed on the display "2 Lg Coke". But when we pulled to the window, she gives us two small drinks. My dad tells her that we ordered two large drinks and she tells us she put in small "by accident" and asks for $2 to fix it. Then my dad asks for a receipt and she tells us to go because we are holding up the line. She needs to be fired.

Messed up my order many times. Sometimes I get stale fries. I usually come here at late night and the quality of service seems random.

Food is excellent but Josephine A. At the drive thru very rud and unprofessional the coffee cup lid was open so as soon as she hand me the cup, coffee spills all over me and my car. She didn't even apologize.

For some reason the three times ive gone over there my orders have been wrong . I always ask for a jr bacon cheese burger with only ketchup and pickles . They put all that other stuff on it . I have to constantly go back and tell them I didnt ask for that . Its also too slow in that place only one person at the counter and like 10 ppl online . Im never going back there again . I also forgot to mention that when I took my daughter to the bathroom their toilet was nasty no paper and it didn't flushed . I don't like to write a review and complain but I just had too .
