I asked for nuggets out of the fryer threw the drive threw got my food it was old nuggets went inside they said they would give me fresh ones got my food went home and they gave me the same nuggets I got in the drive threw avoid this place

this place sucks they drop my food and picked it up in front of me and put it back in the bag

This place serves you raw food and will not give you your money back. That is nasty . Please no one eat there

Walked in at approximately 10am today, the approximate time that I eventually had my food was 20 full minutes later at 10:20am. There was only two orders at that time, mine and one just before me.

What surprised me was that once the person before me had their order taken, that I was told to wait before my order was taken until their order was completed. It added an additional 5 minutes before my order was even taken at all. It is my opinion that had they taken both orders, they could have assembled them together and saved overall time.

I asked for the manager to speak on this issue, but the manager didn't appear to be too involved with resolving the issue for future issues. Therefore I asked for the general manager's contact information and was told that it would not be provided to me but that they could have him call me. I'm still waiting..............

Once my order was finally taken, the people before me were already sitting and eating, and I had only just now got my order taken. I then find that they ran out of fries, so it added an additional 5 minutes to my already long wait.

To make matters more interesting, the order was wrong. Instead of the apples that I asked for my son, I got fries for him.

I don't think this place is very interested in maintaining customer status quo...
