I recently moved into the area the past and only 2 times ive been to this wendys one was for a sour cream and chive potato they had none and did not mention this til i came to window to pay the 2nd time is now waiting on my food i wanted a homestyle chicken sandwhich they dont have any even close to ready and says it will take almost 10 mins and also didnt tell me til i came to window to pay and just offered to give me a grilled one which i dont honestly care for...very frustrating and they dont seem to care i will not waste money here ever again the manager didnt even give a crap

This Wendy's has very good quality, and I am very happy I started going here, its the only one I go to now. The quality is really good though. &The service is awesome ! Keep it up Wendy's, I also have to say Sergio an employee was very nice and respectable when I went. Your boss should be very proud !

I live in Little Elm, but work near this Wendy's, a very unfriendly lady manager with absolutely horrible people skills, never will I eat here. I will from now on, eat only at the wendys on Royal near I-35. pat your self on the back. You saved this Wendys about 3cents yesterday. But thru-out the year you will be losing my 800.00. I paid for my keychain to so I could get my free frosties. Thank you for not honoring it. My buisness will go elsewhere. Your General Manager ought to be proud of you!
