Wendy's, Denver, Colorado Restaurant Details

Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the thing wasn't cooked at all. Tried calling and no one answered. Never going to this wendys again.

After traveling 12 hours to get to the hotel next door i was hungry. The restarant closed at 10 pm . I got there at 10:10 and went to the drive up window. They would not serve me without a car. How absurd!!!

Uncooked Chicken.
We don't expect much out of fast food, but we do expect fast food places to fulfill food safety standards. My brother-in-law ordered a chicken sandwich, and bit into it to find out the chicken was mostly raw inside. This is unacceptable. Avoid this Wendys.

Save yourself the trouble and don't go to this Wendy's. The wait in line was over 20 minutes with 3 employees visible standing behind the counter waiting for something to happen but doing nothing. The cashier also handles the food on your tray after handling the money without washing or putting on gloves first. The meat in my burgers was the most disgusting burger meat I've ever had and the fries were stuck together with something like hardened grease. The floor behind the cashier was covered in food they had dropped and were walking on but not cleaning up. The dining area had trash and bitts of food on the floor and crumbs all over the tables. I filled out their survey and asked to be contacted about all this but they didn't contact me. I later found out that other people I know have had bad experiences at this Wendy's location and been ignored when they reported it as well.
