Wendy's, Fort Worth, Texas, Fast Food Restaurant Details

We had a quick dinner. My husband placed an order for a baked potato with chives. They have us a baked potatoe with bacon and cheese.... So my husband took it back up there. The lady repeated the order right back to him and we got the potatoe it was just a potatoe... So we won't be back to that location.

Had to go back to the window three times to ask for no cheese.

Excellent Employees! I go here ALL the time on my way to work. I think out of about 150 days, they forgot to give me a fork for my potato once... Pretty good :-)

I have never left a customer-service type place so angry before in my life. First the manager blew a gasket because my husband wanted lettuce on his burger. He would not give us lettuce. What kind of service is that? What is he, the lettuce nazi? Not to mention he was so darn rude. And our order was wrong! (Aside from the no-lettuce thing). Then - the even funnier part is - if you order a large drink, you don't get a large drink refill. You get a medium drink refill. I ask why and the moronic woman there was just like, "we're not supposed to, we're not supposed to". What the hell? I will never ever go there again. That's for sure. The employees are total stupid pricks.
