Wendy's, Houston, Texas Restaurant Details

I'm the only person in line for a reason... got my order wrong 3 times now.. let's see what's going to happen now lol

Fries over cooked. Sandwich over cooked. Management yelling at employee that they don't know what they are doing. Not coming here again.

Love my Wendy's but this one is great! Always fresh food thank you guys...

Staff is a mess!! Was given the wrong order. They made me come back and demanded that I bring the opposite order in effort to get the one that I paid for. When I arrived I asked for my second order to be remaid and they gave me the same sandwich. Then the store manager lied to my face when I asked her what her store number was. Stay away from here!!

Horrible.
1. The person at the drive thru was holding 2 conversation, taking my order and the other with someone else in the store, over the drive thru speaker. Very unprofessional... Minimum wage employees, but at least make an effort.
2. I pulled up and paid and was asked to back up away from the window, where I waited for 5 minutes I was then told to drive around and wait for at least 3 more minutes and then I was given my fries. 4 minutes later I was given my chicken sandwich. (The reason for all the shuffling at the drive thru was so that their horrendously long wait times wouldn't show up on the drive thru timer, if you do go here refuse to back up or drive around when they aren't busy.)
3. Due to all the strangeness of my visit I decided to check my order immediately. The bun on the sandwich was cold, and the chicken was lukewarm. The "ghost pepper" fries were stale and also lukewarm and had 5 whole jalapeños which looked like they came from a can and were not chopped as per advertised.
4. I ordered this exact meal 3 day prior at a different location and it was excellent.
