Wendy's, Houston, Texas Restaurant Details

Homeless people come into here and mess with people who don't give them money, pathetic establishment.

It OK. Parking sucks. Drive thru is dangerous to get into. Beyond that it's nice. People are OK. Food OK. Clean and equipment works

No teamwork. Roaches and rats everywhere. Bad customer service. No suggestive sell.

Wow? I don't know who is the manager of this location, but whoever is hiring your staff needs rededicate themselves to the quality and importance of "service ". Let me start off by saying very impressive facility, thanks for the upgraded building, just forgot one minor detail...? the employees!!! Went through the drive and saw a 5 car wait, not too bad I'll can wait a little.... and we waited after 15 minutes past noticed the same vehicles that were out there when we pulled up never moved an inch. (1st clue), When we finally got to the intercom to order someone asked us to hold on twice in 4-5 minute increments (2nd clue), Finally got to the window after ordering, which we were in line for about 30 minutes now (11:07 PM), get there and arrive to the sounds of arguing employees with only 1 person at the window. After they collected our payment and gave us our drinks as we were waiting for our food, there was continuing arguing that spilled out in front of me and my wife, with the window still open? Shortly after seeing that, the argument escalated into a minor physical altercation, which they finally removed themselves from customers viewpoint and it seemed that they surely had to be calmed down in the office. I counted 5 personal on staff walking back and forth by the window without acknowledgement of what just took place or completing the orders, and eventually after sitting at the window for another 12 minutes, and no one taking any responsibility to serve the customers that were sitting in line for quite a long time, it was clear that the food would reflect the service and moral that was just displayed in front of me, as of now me and my wife and a few other people that were behind us may never return to this location. In conclusion this was a real story to the short reality, we love the food and drinks from Wendy's, but if this staff doesn't shape up either by being retrained or replaced, this beautiful building will see a lot of business drive by and drive away or walk right of the wonderful lobby that is supposed to invite customers to stay longer.
Remember Quality over quantity.
Please get it together.

Very very bad service, the manager is too rude, she no give you the receipt and the food is overcooked and no good taste, they pass the trash can in front of you when you are eating, one lady put clean product on the floor and splashed to everyone and she put on the exit way, really no recommended this place!
